saba55 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the saba55 platform, available at saba55.app, including all games, betting services, account features, and promotional offers provided by saba55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing saba55.app, creating an account, or using any feature of the saba55 Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with saba55 or any other gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a business entity unless explicitly approved in writing by saba55.

saba55 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution. Any winnings accumulated during a period of non-compliance with eligibility requirements may be voided.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one saba55 account only. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your real name, valid email address, and correct Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your saba55 login credentials, including your username and password. saba55 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your saba55 account, you must notify saba55 support immediately via Telegram at @saba55official or WhatsApp at saba55-support.

• You may not share your saba55 account credentials with any other person.
• You may not transfer your saba55 account, PKR balance, or any associated bonuses to another party.
• You may not operate a saba55 account on behalf of a third party.
• Creating multiple saba55 accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

saba55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, MCB Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method — currently 500 PKR for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and 1,000 PKR for bank transfer methods.

All funds deposited to your saba55 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. saba55 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered in the account holder's name will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

• saba55 does not charge any fees for standard PKR deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your saba55 PKR wallet instantly or within a few minutes. In exceptional cases, processing delays may occur — contact saba55 support if a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes.
• saba55 reserves the right to decline deposits or reverse transactions where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

PKR withdrawals from your saba55 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

The following conditions apply to all saba55 withdrawals:

• Your saba55 account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals above the standard threshold can be processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in the bonus balance being removed before processing.
• saba55 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 1,000 PKR. Maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day limits apply and are displayed in your saba55 account settings.
• saba55 may impose a withdrawal processing review period of up to 48 hours for large PKR withdrawals or withdrawals from newly verified accounts.

saba55 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Pakistani players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date are stated on each individual promotion.
• Welcome Bonus: The saba55 welcome bonus is available to new account holders on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies.
• Bonus Abuse: saba55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in promotional credit systems. Such activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonus funds and free spin credits will expire within the period stated on the relevant promotion, typically within 7–30 days of issuance.
• saba55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

For sports betting on saba55:

• In the event of a technical error, server failure, or data feed interruption, saba55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant PKR wallet.

• saba55 does not accept bets placed by or on behalf of any professional sports participant, referee, official, or person in possession of insider information relating to an event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the saba55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all PKR balances and pending withdrawals:

• Creating or operating more than one saba55 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit PKR.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the saba55 Platform without explicit written permission.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or software vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to circumvent AML monitoring thresholds.
• Attempting to access, hack, or interfere with the saba55 Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing saba55 customer support staff or other players.

saba55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Reasonable grounds to believe an account is being operated by a person under 18.
• Reasonable grounds to believe an account is being operated by a person who has self-excluded or is otherwise prohibited from gaming.
• Technical, regulatory, or legal requirements that necessitate account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, saba55 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their saba55 account may do so at any time by contacting saba55 support. Any remaining PKR balance will be processed to a verified payment account upon confirmed identity check.

All content on the saba55 Platform — including but not limited to the saba55 name, logo, website design, game imagery, text, graphics, and software — is the property of saba55 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence over any saba55 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the saba55 Platform without explicit prior written consent from saba55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, saba55 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the saba55 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or interruption of service.

saba55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of PKR you deposited into your saba55 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

saba55 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances outside saba55's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability.

saba55 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at saba55.app/privacy-policy. By creating a saba55 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any translation and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.
